Here is a step-by-step user guide for using the Riumworld app, based on the discussed features, to help users fully understand how to utilize all functions for an optimal experience.
Sign Up and Login
Step 1: Open the Riumworld app and select “Sign Up” to create an account.
Step 2: Enter personal information, including email, username, and password. If you have a referral code, enter it in the corresponding field to receive bonus starter points.
Step 3: After signing up, log in with your created credentials.
Note: For Aqua shops or professional users wanting to sell, verify your account by providing shop information.
Update Personal Profile and Build Aqua Profile
Step 1: Go to “Personal Profile” to update personal information and aquascaping preferences, enabling the AI system to offer relevant suggestions.
Step 2: For sellers, choose “Switch to Aqua Profile” to register as a seller. Provide additional shop details, products, and a business license (if applicable) for verification.
Benefits: Personal profiles enhance the shopping experience, while Aqua Profiles boost credibility when selling products.
Explore and Shop on the Marketplace
Step 1: Access Marketplace from the main page.
Step 2: Products are clearly categorized (fish, aquatic plants, accessories, equipment). Use the search bar or filters to find specific products.
Step 3: View product details, read previous buyer reviews, and click “Buy Now” to purchase.
Step 4: Choose a payment method: direct payment or Rium Token.
Tip: Explore AI-recommended products for additional options and similar items.
Auction and Clearance Sales
Step 1: In the Marketplace, go to the Auction section to view products up for bidding.
Step 2: Place your desired bid and monitor progress, ensuring you track the end time to avoid missing out.
Step 3: For clearance items, visit the Clearance section. You can choose used products at discounted prices from other users.
Note: Auction items require immediate payment when bidding ends and is accepted. For clearance items, thoroughly check the product condition before confirming payment.
Aqua Social - Aquascaping Community
Step 1: Go to Aqua Social from the toolbar.
Step 2: Post and share images and videos of your aquascapes to engage with the community.
Step 3: Engage with community posts by commenting, liking, and sharing. Earn reward points for posting, or when your posts receive likes and comments.
Step 4: View weekly/monthly leaderboards to track your ranking and receive rewards from the system.
Tip: Interact actively to accumulate reward points and climb the leaderboard. You can also follow popular Aquascapers and posts with highlighted hashtags.
Aquatic Academy
Step 1: Access Aquatic Academy from the main interface.
Step 2: Browse courses ranging from beginner to advanced on aquascape design and care, or refer to resources in the library.
Step 3: Register for courses and start learning. Complete courses to earn certificates and reward points.
Step 4: Participate in online workshops or events to meet experts and receive guidance.
Tip: Courses may be updated periodically, so check back often to avoid missing new topics.
Reward Points and Membership Levels
Step 1: Engage in activities such as posting, commenting, shopping, and completing courses to earn reward points.
Step 2: Check your points and membership level in the Personal Profile section. Higher levels receive special privileges and discounts.
Step 3: Use reward points to redeem app rewards or discounts for Marketplace purchases.
